Returnable Items

Most parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet these conditions:

  • Item is in original packaging
  • Part is unused and uninstalled
  • All accessories and manuals are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee is waived for defective or damaged items.

How to Return an Item

We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.

Package Item

Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include the RA number.

Ship Back

Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Defective Parts Exchange

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective part, we'll exchange it for the same part at no additional cost.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Product must be defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Must be within 30 days of purchase date
  • Original packaging and all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Item must be unused and in resalable condition

Exchange Options: Exchanges will be made with an identical part or store credit of equal value if the part is no longer available.
